What We Do

We educate on and facilitate the transformation of vacant spaces into thriving farms owned by the individuals in the urban areas. At HERB N SEED Inc we are cultivating a new generation of urban farmers, entrepreneurs, and community.

Our Mission

Our mission is improve food security, and create sustainable livelihoods for all involved. We can accomplish this mission several way:

  1. We develop and maintain tree nurseries nationwide.
  2. We can transform urban food deserts into communities with sustainable and equitable food systems.
  3. We can equip and train youth for urban farming. By introducing state registered urban farms and farm fresh food programs for At-Risk and low-income areas, we’re facilitating community development and economic empowerment.
  4. We locate affordable, turnkey farms for non-traditional prospective farm owners.
  5. We accept land donations and then convert them into farms if possible. If the land isn’t suitable for any type of farming, we will clear any encumbrances, sell the land and then buy more suitable farm land to further our mission.
